Thank you for shopping with Amandas Baby Shop Limited. We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. We understand that sometimes life hapens, and that you may not be entirely satisfied with your purchase. Our Return and Refunds Policy is designed to help you with any issues.

1. Returns Eligibility

  • Products can be returned within 3 days from the date of delivery. 
  • If products are bought during the Christmas period (24th December to 26th December), the latest return date shall be the 30th of December.
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
  • Please include the receipt or proof of purchase with your return.

2. Return Process

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at +254 725 289351, or amandasbabyshop@gmail.com within the 3-day return window.
  • Once your return is approved, you will be provided with the return address and further instructions.
  • You will be responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to us. You can also physically return the product to our store at Mezzanine 2, Bandari Plaza, Woodvale Grove, Wesltands, Nairobi.
  • No restocking fee is applicable.

3. Exchanges

  • Upon receiving your returned item and verifying its condition, we will process an exchange for a product/products of similar value.
  • If the product you originally purchased is out of stock or discontinued, we will work with you to find a suitable replacement of equal value.
  • Please note: We do not offer cash refunds.

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, including but not limited to:
    • Personal care items (e.g., baby lotions, creams, etc.)
    • Products that have been damaged by the customer after delivery
    • Items that are not in their original condition or packaging

5. Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning their item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

6. Damaged or Defective Products

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at +254 725 289351, or amandasbabyshop@gmail.com. We will arrange for the return of the defective item and a replacement at no additional cost to you.
